Job summary

You will build and maintain MIS dashboards in Power BI, automate reporting with Excel templates, and coordinate data consolidation for management decisions. The role requires 2–3 years of MIS reporting experience and a Bachelor's degree in B.Com, BBA, BCA, or B.Sc.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Management: Collect data from internal systems, ERP platforms, and databases while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, trackers, and performance reports.
• Data Validation: Review and verify data received from different departments to identify errors, gaps, and inconsistencies.
• Report Analysis: Analyze data and prepare meaningful reports for management review and decision-making.
• Dashboard Management: Maintain MIS dashboards and ensure timely updates of operational and performance data.
• Process Automation: Improve manual reporting processes by creating automated Excel templates and streamlined reporting formats.
• Coordination: Coordinate with various departments for timely collection, verification, and consolidation of data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, and basic Macros.
• Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI
