Job summary

Neuraleap Technologies Group is seeking a MIS & Systems Executive to immediately join our Kasna, Greater Noida site. You will create MIS reports for production and quality, monitor KPI plans vs actuals, and develop automation using Google Apps Script and AI tools.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. You will maintain the Enquiry Flow Management System on Google Sheets, track the sales pipeline, and train teammates on data standards.

Qualifications

• FMS, PMS, Checklists, MIS dashboards familiarity.
• Google Apps Script — read, write, debug scripts independently.
• Daily use of Google Workspace apps (Sheets, Gmail, Drive).
• Google Sheets features: IMPORTRANGE, conditional formatting, data validation, pivot tables.
• Gmail API, Sheets API, Drive API comfort with these APIs.
• Ability to translate business processes into working systems.
• Strong attention to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create MIS reports for production, quality rejection, downtime, and material usage.
• Support KPI tracking — plan vs actual turnaround times across departments.
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to write, debug, and extend Google Apps Script code.
• Develop automation scripts or solve technical problems independently.
• Maintain and operate the Enquiry Flow Management System (FMS) on Google Sheets and Apps Script.
• Monitor pipeline tracker across the sales team — flag stuck enquiries and send daily digest reports.
• Manage automated scripts that parse Gmail, extract Excel attachments, and update Google Sheets.
• Build and maintain checklists, SOPs, and compliance document templates.
• Troubleshoot script errors and improve automations as business needs evolve.
• Train team members on tools and data entry standards.
