Job summary

CRC Group in India seeks an experienced MIS/Data Analyst to manage CRM data, generate MIS reports, and monitor customer lifecycle metrics. You will coordinate across Sales, Finance and Projects teams to ensure data accuracy and timely insights.

The role focuses on Excel-based analytics, dashboard creation, and data quality improvements, supporting management with actionable insights and reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Excel features: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong MIS, data analysis and reporting skills.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities
