Job summary

Baroda Global Shared Service is seeking a MIS Executive to manage data, scrub datasets, and produce daily to monthly dashboards for banking operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, data-driven insights, and timely MIS reporting.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in banking MIS, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a proven ability to automate reports to support operations and SLA performance.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of experience as MIS Executive in Banking domain preferred.
• Experience in data management and reporting.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Data Management and scrubbing for client datasets.
• Prepare daily, weekly, hourly, monthly dashboards/reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of MIS reports.
• Automate data and reports to improve accuracy using macros and tools.
• Provide statistical insights to Operations and higher management.
• Analyze data and derive actionable insights for SLA improvements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Data Management
• Responsible for management of data received for client, scrubbing, reporting
• Responsible for daily, weekly, hourly monthly dashboard /reports
• Responsible for data management and accuracy
• Responsible for effective management of campaign and processes
• Monitoring/ Measuring of data availability allocation and reallocation to dialer or operations
• Managing all MIS related activities
• Responsible for automate data and reports to ensure accuracy using (macro etc.)
• Provides statistical and performance feedback on a regular basis to Operations and higher management
• Responsible for performing data analysis interpretation and insights required by operations and other stakeholders

Responsible for providing insights and causes out of data for non-conformity, area of improvement for SLA

Preferred candidate profile

Applicants should possess the following attributes:

Work Experience

• Min 1 year of experience working as a Contact Center MIS Executive in Banking domain preferred

Technical Skills

• Data management, interpretation skills
• Knowledge of dialer metrics
