Job summary

Communications Test Design is seeking an analyst to prepare daily MIS reports and maintain critical sales and inventory data. The role focuses on leveraging advanced Excel skills to deliver accurate daily reports and KPI dashboards for management decision-making.

You will analyze MIS data, generate insights, and provide recommendations for improvement while ensuring timely and confidential reporting. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected to support business goals.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a similar MIS/reporting role.
• Advanced MS Excel skills with experience in daily report preparation.
• Strong understanding of MIS principles and practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily MIS reports using advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of sales data, inventory levels and KPIs.
• Generate detailed MIS operation reports with recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to management and protect confidentiality.
