Job summary

JLL in Gurugram (on-site) is seeking a Store Management professional to handle inventory, stock levels, and procurement, with a focus on MIS and reporting. You will generate dashboards, monitor stock turnover, and ensure data accuracy across systems.

The role involves coordinating with vendors, processing requisitions, and maintaining vendor records, with weekly hours around full-time expectations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain optimal stock levels through regular inventory audits.
• Implement stock rotation procedures (FIFO/LIFO).
• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement.
• Process purchase requisitions and maintain vendor records.
• Issue materials to departments based on authorized requests.
• Monitor and control inventory shrinkage and wastage.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Maintain accurate databases of all store transactions.
• Prepare analytical reports on stock turnover rates and consumption patterns.
• Identify slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
• Create dashboards and visual presentations for management.
• Track KPIs for inventory management.
• Ensure data accuracy across all systems.
• Analyze trends and provide insights for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Store Management
