Job summary

Communications Test Design in Hyderabad is seeking a data-oriented MIS Analyst to prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards, collecting and consolidating data from multiple departments.

The role focuses on accuracy and timely submission, maintaining Excel files, databases, and reporting systems, and developing automated reports using Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and formulas. You will track KPIs and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data from different departments.
• Maintain and update Excel files, databases, and reporting systems.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports.
• Develop automated reports using Advanced Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and formulas.
• Track KPIs, targets, productivity, sales, inventory, attendance, or operational performance as required.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for correction.
• Generate management reports and provide insights based on data analysis.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of MIS reports.
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis.
• Coordinate with IT and other departments for system/data-related issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of business information.
