• Prepare and manage daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Generate daily employee productivity reports to monitor recruitment activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and client scorecards.
• Create dashboards and reports using Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and advanced Excel functions.
• Validate, reconcile, and maintain data to ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze recruitment performance trends and provide insights to management.

Job Summary

Tek Ninjas is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst to manage recruitment reporting, employee productivity tracking, client scorecards, and business performance dashboards.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, excellent data management skills, and the ability to generate accurate, timely, and actionable reports to support business operations and management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and manage daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Generate daily employee productivity reports to monitor recruitment activities and individual performance.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly employee performance reports and client scorecards.
• Generate and analyze recruitment MIS reports covering candidate pipelines, submissions, interviews, placements, and other relevant recruitment metrics.
• Create dashboards and reports using Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and advanced Excel functions.
• Maintain, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Analyze recruitment performance trends and provide meaningful insights to management.
• Prepare customized reports and dashboards based on management requirements.
• Support business operations through effective data management, reporting, and analytical support.
• Coordinate with recruitment teams and reporting managers to collect, validate, and consolidate data.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency.
• Perform any other reporting or data management responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably within the US staffing or recruitment industry.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and Pivot Charts.
• Hands-on experience with Google Sheets functions and report management.
• Experience in preparing employee productivity reports, recruitment performance reports, and client scorecards.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Ability to manage multiple reporting requirements and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, VBA, or reporting automation will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience supporting US staffing recruitment teams and management reporting.
