Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an MIS reporting specialist responsible for managing daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards for DPO operations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will perform data analysis and RCA to identify trends, drive automation using Excel and Power BI, and collaborate with Operations and WFM. The role also entails leading and mentoring the MIS team to uphold SLA and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in MIS reporting and dashboards for operations.
• Ability to perform data analysis and root cause analysis.
• Experience with automation using Excel and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards (SLA, AHT, HC, Productivity, etc.)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
• Perform data analysis and RCA to identify trends and gaps
• Drive automation using Excel, Power BI, and other tools
• Collaborate with Operations and WFM for reporting requirements
• Lead and mentor MIS team; ensure SLA and quality adherence
