Job summary

McLine Studios Private Limited in Delhi seeks an experienced Project Manager – Millwork Operations to oversee end-to-end execution of millwork projects for North American clients. You will coordinate designers, drafters, and engineers to deliver quality results on time.

The role requires a degree in Architecture/Engineering and 6–10 years in millwork design with 3–5 years in project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microvellum, or Revit is essential, with preference for US/Canada project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in millwork design and project execution.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management or team leadership.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microvellum, or Revit.
• Experience handling US/Canada-based projects preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete lifecycle of millwork projects from design to delivery.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, drafters, and engineers.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Review and oversee development of detailed custom millwork shop drawings.
• Ensure compliance with AWI / AWMAC / NKBA standards.
• Act as primary point of contact for US/Canada clients via calls and emails.
• Allocate resources effectively and manage project priorities.
• Review and approve deliverables before client submission.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
