About the job:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization.
You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial meetings
- Complete financial accounting and forecasting
- Deliver reports and metrics to leadership
- Analyzing competitors and market trends
- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
- Managing financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems
- Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
- Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations such as the Inland Revenue
- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
- Managing budgets
- Arranging new sources of finance for a company’s debt facilities
Qualifications
- Qualified CA with 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in a corporate setup
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and analytical
