Job summary

Genzeon Global is seeking a seasoned Solutions/Cloud Architect to lead architectural efforts for Azure AI workloads, orchestrate Well-Architected Framework reviews, and drive AI partnerships with Microsoft. You will build repeatable reference architectures, mentor engineers, and align Genzeon's AI offerings with marketplace strategies.

Qualifications

• 12–16 years in IT with substantial recent experience as a Solutions/Cloud Architect on production Azure workloads, focus on AI/ML solutions.
• Expert, hands-on knowledge of the Azure Well-Architected Framework and proven experience running Well-Architected Reviews.
• Deep expertise across the Azure AI stack: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services/AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, plus App Service, Azure databases, Key Vault, Entra ID, Monitor and Application Insights, IaC (Bicep/Terraform).
• Demonstrated design experience across all five WAF pillars in production (HA/DR, ZeroTrust security, cost governance, CI/CD & observability, autoscale/caching/performance).
• Experience defining reference architectures and building repeatable/productized solutions, ideally in a partner or co-sell context.
• Strong technical writing and executive communication skills; able to present to auditors, customers, and Microsoft partner teams.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership across WAF pillars for Microsoft Specializations and lead WAR using COREWAR tooling.
• Build control-by-control evidence index and drive remediation ahead of final audits.
• Own and grow Genzeon's Microsoft AI architecture practice, defining reference architectures and standards for AI workloads on Azure.
• Design and develop Microsoft-based AI co-solutions and productized offerings for co-sell and marketplace.
• Engage with Microsoft partner and co-sell teams to align Genzeon's roadmap with AI priorities.
• Mentor architects and engineers on WAF and Azure AI capabilities.

• Providearchitectural leadership across all five WAF pillars — Reliability,Security, Cost Optimization, Operational Excellence, PerformanceEfficiency — for Microsoft Specializations.
  
• Leadthe Azure Well-Architected Review (WAR) using the Microsoft CoreWAR tool and export required pillar evidence across engagements.
  
• Buildthe control-by-control evidence index and lead the audit-day "talkingtrack"; support the mock audit and drive remediation ahead of thefinal audit.
  

Microsoft AI practice & co-solutions

• Ownand grow Genzeon's Microsoft AI architecture practice, definingreference architectures, patterns, and standards for AI workloads onAzure.
  
• Designand develop Microsoft-based AI co-solutions (Azure OpenAI, Azure AIServices / Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, agentic and RAG-basedsolutions), including productized/repeatable offerings suitable forco-sell and Microsoft marketplace.
  
• Engagewith Microsoft partner, co-sell, and specialization teams to alignGenzeon's roadmap with Microsoft's AI priorities and unlock partnershipbenefits.
  
• LeadGenzeon through future Microsoft Specialization and designation audits,building reusable evidence frameworks and reducing preparation effort overtime.
  
• Embed ResponsibleAI and healthcare compliance (HIPAA/PHI, BAA, data residency) intosolution designs by default.
  
• Mentorand upskill architects and engineers on WAF and Azure AI, raising theorganization's overall capability.
  
• Act asa trusted technical advisor to sales and delivery on Azure AIopportunities, effort estimation, and solution feasibility.
  

Requirements

Required skills and experience

• 12–16years in IT, including substantial recent experience as a Solutions/ Cloud Architect on production Azure workloads, with a clear focus on AI/ML solutions.
  
• Expert,hands-on knowledge of the Azure Well-Architected Framework and provenexperience running Well-Architected Reviews. (This role remainshands-on — depth in design and documentation is as important asleadership.)
  
• Deepexpertise across the Azure AI stack: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services /AI Foundry, Azure Machine Learning, plus App Service, Azure databases,Key Vault, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Monitor / Application Insights, and IaC(Bicep / Terraform).
  
• Demonstrateddesign experience across all five WAF pillars in production (HA/DR, ZeroTrust security, cost governance, CI/CD & observability,autoscale/caching/performance).

Highly desirable

• Priorexperience preparing for or passing Microsoft Solutions PartnerSpecialization audits (AI Apps, Analytics, or similar), ideally withISSI, and familiarity with Microsoft Partner Center specialization/ACRrequirements.
  
• Experiencewith the Microsoft co-sell / marketplace motion and partner GTM.
  
• Relevantcertifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) and AzureAI Engineer (AI-102); plus any of AZ-104, AZ-400, or DP-100.
  
• Experiencein regulated / healthcare environments (HIPAA, PHI, Responsible AIgovernance).
