Job summary

Tredence Inc. seeks a visionary Microsoft Architect with 15+ years in IT/architecture to lead solution building and thought leadership. You will drive adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Gen AI, guiding capability acceleration and technical enablement within the team and with partners.

You will create GTM content, end-to-end analytics solutions, and work closely with product and studio teams to embed advanced Microsoft technologies.

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Microsoft Architect to join our team. With over 15 years of industry experience and at least 5 years specializing in Microsoft technologies, the ideal candidate will lead our efforts in solution building, thought leadership, capability acceleration, and technical enablement. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption and integration of cutting-edge Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Gen AI, both internally and with our partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution ideation, design, and build on the Microsoft stack, with a focus on leveraging Microsoft Fabric for unified data governance and analytics.
• Develop tools and accelerators, integrating Power BI for insightful data visualization and reporting.
• Collaborate with product management and studio teams to incorporate Microsoft Gen AI capabilities into our offerings.
• Create partner-centric Go-To-Market (GTM) content, battle cards, and collaterals.
• Secure solution endorsement with partners.

Thought Leadership

• Act as a key thought leader, representing the company at partner forums and industry events.
• Author and contribute to webinars and joint blogs with partners on topics like modern data platforms with Microsoft Fabric and AI-driven insights.
• Create partner-centric Points of View (POVs), showcasing the power of Microsoft Gen AI and advanced analytics.
• Drive partner and company mindshare internally and externally.

Capability Acceleration

• Influence partner product roadmaps to align with our strategic goals.
• Establish and grow a knowledge community and Center of Excellence (COE) around Microsoft technologies.
• Conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs) and Proofs of Technology (POTs) on new features within the Microsoft ecosystem (Fabric, Power BI, Gen AI).
• Drive certification programs and mentor new talent.
• Perform technical assessments to differentiate our capabilities with partners.

Presales & Tech Enablement

• Enable the sales team on partner technology and our joint offerings.
• Provide partner-centric presales support on key pursuits, demonstrating the value of our Microsoft-based solutions.
• Estimate consumption for Azure services, including resources for Microsoft Fabric and Power BI deployments.
• Identify and support deal expansion opportunities.
• Review and support delivery on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of overall IT/architecture experience.
• 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies.
• Proven experience in architecting and delivering solutions using Microsoft Azure data and AI services.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI for building end-to-end analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding and practical experience with Microsoft Gen AI technologies and their application in business contexts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in public speaking and thought leadership.
• Demonstrated ability in presales, technical enablement, and working effectively with partners.
