Job summary

EXL is seeking a senior Power Platform professional to develop and support enterprise applications, automation, and AI-driven solutions. The role requires hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Dataverse, Copilot, AI Builder, and React JS to build scalable, secure, and high‑performing business solutions.

The candidate will collaborate with business and technical teams, follow ALM/CI/CD practices, and ensure governance and security across environments.

Qualifications

• Experience developing enterprise apps on Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Dataverse, Copilot, AI Builder.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate flows.
• Build intelligent automation using AI Builder, Copilot, Computer Use Agents, and RPA capabilities.
• Integrate Power Platform with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Custom Connectors.
• Support design, code reviews, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Follow ALM, CI/CD, governance, security, and solution management best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Develop and support enterprise applications, automation, and AI-driven solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The role requires hands‑on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Dataverse, Copilot, AI Builder, Computer Use Agents, GitHub Copilot, and React JS to build scalable, secure, and high‑performing business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate Cloud Flows, Power Automate Desktop, and Dataverse.
• Build intelligent automation solutions using AI Builder, Copilot, Computer Use Agents, and RPA capabilities.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Custom Connectors.
• Support solution design, code reviews, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Follow ALM, CI/CD, governance, security, and solution management best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
