Job summary

Coforge is hiring a Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect in Greater Noida to lead enterprise CRM programs. You will design and govern Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, data migration, integrations, reporting and security for large-scale deployments.

The role requires 15+ years of CRM experience and 8+ years as a Dynamics Architect, with strong leadership and client collaboration. This is an on-site, full-time position offering scope to shape delivery frameworks and reusable assets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise CRM implementations.
• 8+ years as Dynamics CRM Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM & architecture.
• Power Platform knowledge (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Experience leading technical teams and client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.
• Define architecture for integrations, data migration, reporting, security, and scalability.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft's best practices, governance standards, and delivery frameworks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and internal leadership teams.
• Develop and enhance reusable assets, frameworks, templates, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Drive the upskilling of technical leads on new Dynamics 365 features, capabilities, and emerging technologies.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

• 8+ years of experience as a Dynamics CRM Solution Architect.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and solution architecture.
• Working knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience with data migration, security modeling, integration design, and user adoption strategies.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and facilitating client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution discussions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Functional Consultant Associate (Finance/Supply Chain/CRM modules)
