Job summary

Joyalukkas, Kochi, invites an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce POS Technical Consultant to design, develop, customize, and implement D365 Commerce solutions aligned with business needs.

You will work on CRT, Retail Server, MPOS/CPOS, and Store Commerce extensions, integrate ERP and payment gateways, and ensure security and best practices in deployment and development across ERP integrations and CX projects.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Dynamics 365 Retail development.
• Hands-on experience with CRT, Retail Server Extensions, POS Extensions (MPOS/CPOS/Store Commerce), Hardware Station, CSU.
• Experience with Azure Functions.
• Good understanding of Commerce architecture, channel database, and data synchronization processes.
• Experience in integrations with ERP, payment gateways, loyalty systems, and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions.
• Develop and maintain Commerce Runtime, Retail Server, Hardware Station, and POS extensions.
• Configure and customize MPOS, CPOS, and Store Commerce applications.
• Develop integrations between D365 Commerce and third-party systems using APIs, Azure Services, and middleware.
• Create and maintain custom workflows, services, and business logic within D365 Commerce.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Support deployment activities, release management, and production issue resolution.
• Develop technical design documents, deployment guides, and solution documentation.
• Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations.

Location - Kochi

Exp Level - 3 to 5 ( 5+ will also be considered)

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce solutions based on business requirements.
• Develop and maintain Commerce Runtime (CRT), Retail Server, Hardware Station, and POS extensions.
• Configure and customize Modern POS (MPOS), Cloud POS (CPOS), and Store Commerce applications.
• Develop integrations between D365 Commerce and third-party systems using APIs, Azure Services, and middleware platforms.
• Create and maintain custom workflows, services, and business logic within the D365 Commerce ecosystem.
• Work closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
