Job summary

PwC India seeks a D365 F&O Retail Consultant with 5+ years of experience to lead and support Dynamics 365 retail solutions in Mumbai. The role focuses on configuring store operations, pricing, loyalty, and channel management, coordinating with business stakeholders to deliver end-to-end retail processes.

You will work on integrations with POS and ecommerce platforms, perform testing, and provide user training and go-live support to ensure smooth deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in Retail/Commerce.
• Experience configuring retail processes including stores, products, pricing, promotions, and loyalty.
• Experience integrating with POS, eCommerce, and third-party applications.
