MS Dynamics Commerce Technical Consultant

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Experience around Customizations/Extensions for MS Dynamics commerce apps. Min 8+ years of development experience with a working knowledge of DevOps repositories and pipelines.
• Understanding of standard features for MS Dynamics Finance and Operations HQ configurations and store commerce configurations. Knowledge on finance modules is a plus.
• Strong .NET C# skills with understanding of object‑oriented programming concepts and web development. Understanding of SDLC phases and development methodologies.
• Prior experience working with FinOps development and Commerce, and know-how on the best practices around managing batch jobs/data sync between the systems.
• Working constructively with other team members to support a collaborative culture.

About You

The successful candidate will undertake and manage all activities involved in the management of enterprise platforms being rolled out under the System Modernisation program.

• Hands‑on experience in managing enterprise platforms like D365 (Commerce).
• Experience working with System Integrators and Managed Services Providers to effectively manage ITIL processes.
• Good exposure to implementing enhancements to existing system processes and adding new functionalities.
