Job summary

Asian Hires in India seeks an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM / CE. You will bridge business needs and technical design, crafting scalable CRM solutions and leading functional/technical initiatives.

You will design and implement solutions using Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and integrate with external systems while mentoring junior team members and ensuring best practices across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong techno-functional consulting experience translating business needs into CRM solutions.
• Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 CE architecture and CRM components.
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform stack and integrations via APIs.
• Experience in ALM, deployment pipelines, and environment management.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement (CE).

The ideal candidate should have a strong combination of functional consulting, solution design, CRM configuration, customization, technical development, integrations, and stakeholder management skills. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate business processes into Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Provide techno-functional recommendations and participate in solution design.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CRM including entities/tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, Business Process Flows, and security roles.
• Design and implement solutions using Power Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems.
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Functions, webhooks, and integration platforms.
• Perform Dataverse data modelling, relationship management, security configuration, and data management.
• Analyze existing CRM implementations and recommend improvements and best practices.
• Prepare functional and technical design documents, solution specifications, user stories, process flows, and technical documentation.
• Participate throughout the SDLC including requirement gathering, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Support CRM upgrades, migrations, deployments, and release management.
• Ensure solutions meet Dynamics 365 best practices, security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
• Mentor junior developers and consultants and provide technical guidance.

Required Technical & Functional Skills

• 8–10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong techno-functional consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and CRM architecture.
