Job summary

PwC is seeking a D365 F&O Retail Consultant in Mumbai with 5+ years of experience to implement and support Finance & Operations for Retail. You will gather business requirements, design functional solutions, and configure Retail/Commerce modules including POS, pricing, promotions, and loyalty.

You will collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migration, support UAT and post-go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with D365 F&O Retail implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of Store Operations, Inventory, and Order Management processes.

Job Title: D365 F&O Retail Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Commerce/Retail).
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure and manage Retail/Commerce modules, including:
• Store Operations (POS)
• Retail Channels
• Product & Category Management
• Pricing & Promotions
• Loyalty Management
• Inventory Management
• Order Management
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare functional design documents.
• Work closely with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and data migration.
• Support UAT, training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in D365 F&O Commerce/Retail implementation and support.
• Knowledge of POS, Store Commerce, Call Center, Inventory, and Supply Chain processes.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and business process mapping.
• Understanding of integrations using APIs, Azure services, and third-party applications.
• Experience with data management and migration activities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
