Job summary

PwC in Bengaluru seeks a Senior Associate to specialize in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Retail/Commerce solutions within the Advisory line. You will gather requirements, configure Retail modules, and collaborate with stakeholders during implementation, testing and post-go-live support.

You should demonstrate 4–7 years of ERP experience, strong knowledge of Retail operations, POS and pricing, and excellent communication skills to drive successful transformations for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Retail/Commerce.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Operations, POS, Inventory Management, Pricing, and Promotions.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation or support projects.
• Good understanding of business processes in Retail and Commerce domains.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Retail/Commerce solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure Retail modules including POS, Store Operations, Pricing, Promotions, Inventory, and Loyalty Management.
