Job summary

Siemens in India is seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer to join our Pune/Bangalore teams. You will configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE and Project Operations, develop canvas and model‑driven apps, and implement workflows using Power Automate.

Collaborate with stakeholders, ensure code quality through reviews, and stay current with Microsoft release waves while supporting DevOps practices and releases.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Experience designing and supporting Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 customization.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and develop Dynamics 365 CE and Project Operations solutions.
• Design and implement business processes, workflows, and automation using Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain Canvas Apps and model-driven applications.
• Create custom plugins, workflows, business rules, JavaScript, and integrations.
• Work with Dataverse entities, security models, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.
• Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Handle source code using version control systems and follow release management processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with Microsoft release waves and platform enhancements.

Job Requirements/ Skills

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Experience designing and supporting Dynamics 365 Project Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 customization.
• Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly:
• Power Automate
• Canvas Apps
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and .NET development.
• Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and data migration concepts.
• Familiarity with security roles, business rules, workflows, and solution management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of software development engineering practices including:
• Version Control (Git/Azure DevOps)
• Software Documentation
• Testing Concepts and Quality Assurance

Good To Have

• Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps & PCF Controls.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third‑party applications.
• Knowledge of Project Management and Professional Services business processes.
