Job summary

Atlas Copco Holding GmbH is seeking an experienced Technology Lead in Pune to direct the design, implementation, and optimization of solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Focus areas include Dynamics 365 Sales Hub, Power Apps, and Dataverse to deliver scalable, secure business applications while aligning with organizational goals.

The role requires leading technical design, rollout support, governance, and security.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience as a Solution Architect or senior consultant in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience in solution design, rollout projects, and daily operations management.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, MB-210, PL-400) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Create architectural diagrams, data models, and integration strategies aligned with best practices.
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
• Lead technical design and configuration for Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Apps projects.
• Support global rollout initiatives and provide guidance to project teams.
• Oversee configuration of Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business rules.
• Design and implement integrations using Azure services and Dataverse APIs.

Implementation & Rollout Support

• Lead technical designand configuration for Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Apps projects.
• Supportglobal rollout initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Provideguidance and trainingto project teams and end-users for adoption.

Platform Management & Optimization

• Oversee the configuration and customization ofDynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business rules.
• Optimize Power Apps(Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate flows for efficiency.
• Implementgovernance and security modelsfor Power Platform and Dataverse.

Integration & Data Management

• Design and implement integrations usingAzure services,Dataverse APIs, and connectors.
• Ensuredata consistency, integrity, and compliance across systems.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers totranslate requirementsinto technical solutions.
• Conduct workshops and providetechnical leadershipto project teams.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintaincomprehensive documentationof solution architecture, configurations, and processes.
• Provide regular reports and insights onsystem performanceand adoption metrics.

To succeed, you will need

Education:

• Master’s / bachelor’s degreein information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

• Above10 years of proven experienceas a Solution Architect or senior consultant in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Hands-on experience in solution design,rollout projects, and daily operations management.

Skills:

• Strong expertise inDynamics 365 Sales, Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Solid understanding ofCRM processesand business workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communicationand stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-600, MB-210, PL-400).
• Experience with other Dynamics 365 modules (Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
• Familiarity withAzure services,CI/CD pipelines, andintegration patterns.
• Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with other enterprise systems (ERP, third-party applications, APIs)
