Job summary

Godrej Infotech is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator in Mumbai to manage Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune. You will oversee Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance, and implement Purview compliance solutions.

Experience with DLP, information protection, and retention policies is required. Applicants should have 3–5 years of relevant experience and relevant certifications; ITIL knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Certifications MS-102, SC-300, SC-400 preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL is good to have.

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
• Microsoft Certified: Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate (SC-400) (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Purview compliance solutions.
• Configure Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Information Protection, and Retention Policies.
• Manage Microsoft Defender suite including Endpoint, Identity, and Office 365.
• Monitor security alerts and support incident investigations.
• Support Microsoft 365 tenant migrations and modernization initiatives.
• Implement Zero Trust and security best practices.
• Create security documentation and compliance reports.
