Qualifications

• MSc/ MTech in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences or related discipline.
• Freshers and candidates with 0-3 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on knowledge of molecular biology techniques and lab safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine microbiological and molecular biology laboratory activities.
• Conduct DNA extraction, quantification, and quality assessment.
• Perform PCR and RT-PCR procedures as per laboratory protocols.
• Carry out gel electrophoresis and gel documentation for analysis of nucleic acid samples.
• Perform and maintain proper documentation of molecular biology experiments and results.
• Assist in electroporation techniques and related molecular biology procedures.
• Support protein purification activities using appropriate laboratory techniques.
• Prepare reagents, buffers, media, and laboratory solutions as required.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, instruments, and experimental records.
• Follow laboratory safety, hygiene, quality, and SOP requirements.
• Analyze experimental results and prepare technical reports.
• Ensure proper sample handling, labeling, storage, and traceability.
• Support R&D and quality-related laboratory projects as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment.
