NeuIQ Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Manager, Analytics to lead measurement planning and KPI identification for campaign reporting, insights, and data visualization across digital media tactics. • 3+ years in analytics, media measurement, data strategy, or related field.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Excel, and Data Visualization Tools- Datorama, Tableau, or Power BI
• 2+ client management and project management experience
• Experience working with B2B clients

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present ongoing client reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations on landing page/website performance to clients or internal teams
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and modeling from complex, disparate data sources to recognize patterns
• Uncover the why behind data, identify performance improvement opportunities, and forecast performance
• Seek efficiency through automated data collection
• Identify appropriate A/B testing opportunities
• Prepare case studies and POVs for pitches and client/internal education
• Mentor team members to train and educate the agency on analytics capabilities
• Maintain data quality and accuracy across client work

You will collaborate closelywith the Director, Analytics and other Analytics teammates in evaluatingmeasurement platforms, identifying team training needs and creating measurementframeworks. You will also work with fellow teammates to ensure client analyticswork is achieved, and for ensuring measurement plans, dashboarding andreporting, insights, and optimization recommendation for assigned clients isconducted under best practices. You will be responsible for ensuring dataquality and accuracy and serve as a trusted advisor to internal and externalteams.
