Senior Specialist Industrial Project Management | NPI | Female Candidates Only

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Specialist Industrial Project Management with strong experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) Project Management within an industrial/manufacturing environment.

The role involves end-to-end management of complex industrial projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project delivery within defined timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute NPI projects from concept to launch / SOP.
• Manage complete project planning, execution, timelines, resources and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, R&D and Operations.
• Drive New Product Introduction, product industrialization and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Define project milestones, deliverables and project schedules.
• Identify project risks and implement effective risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Monitor project progress, resolve critical issues and ensure timely project delivery.
• Drive cross-functional stakeholder management and project governance.
• Support process improvement, operational excellence and cost optimization initiatives.
• Conduct project reviews, track KPIs and provide regular project status updates.
• Manage project changes, priorities and resource allocation.
• Ensure proper project documentation, compliance and process adherence.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and project professionals.
