Overview

#Mfine is hiring for Manager – Finance.

Experience: 5- 10 Years

Responsibilities

• A – Transactional:
  • Verify, validate, record and overall manage revenue and costs of Teleconsultation. Ensure there are no unapproved revenue leaks / cost overruns and no gaps in reporting. Perform periodic reconciliation related to both B2B and B2C business units vis-a-vis Order Management and Finance systems.
  • Similarly, monitor, validate, record and overall manage revenue and costs of Medicine order flows. Assure zero leakages and proactively perform reconciliations with business partners. Maintain clear accounting in Finance systems.
  • Monitor, validate, record and control revenue and costs of Phleobotomists and Riders. Proactively perform necessary reconciliations, obtain regular Confirmation of Balances customers and vendors.
• B – Hygiene:
  • Coordinate in monthly / annual GST return filing by supplying necessary data / clarifications. Handle its timely entries in Finance systems, arrange timely responses to Dept Notices by coordinating with Consultants.
  • Take lead, collaborate with other team members and drive annual reconciliation and confirmation of balance exercise with all key stakeholders viz., Related parties, B2B Clients, Third party Labs & Service providers including Hospitals, Logistics providers, Marketing, Technology & IT service providers, other strategic / critical vendors.
  • Lead all Audit coordination viz Statutory, Income Tax, GST, Internal etc. Prepare schedules in advance collaborating with other team members and referring to past submissions. Be proactive in identifying potential areas that are time consuming, prepare schedule with timelines / accountability, drive the schedule and get it completed on time. Bring down audit observations gradually and swiftly. Be forthcoming in reaching out information providers in other functions to solicit data / clarification wherever required.
  • Review and manage insurance policies with annual renewals & submission of information required for Proposals.
  • Any other tasks that may be given from time to time.

Qualifications

• Candidate background:
• 1) CA or CMA with ~3 year of relevant experience or Half CA / CMA with 6 years of relevant experience ie from Finance Analytics / FP&A / MIS preparations.
• 2) Experience from a mix of Manufacturing and Services (healthcare) industries will be preferred. Experience in Healthcare startups is an added advantage.
• 3) Should have good interpersonal skills, proactive, task oriented, go-getter and fast learner. Should be willing for job rotation at the end of learning curve or as and when the requirement arises.
• 4) Experience in ERP / contributions to automation or customisations will be duly valued.
