Angel One in India is seeking a proactive candidate to help identify and engage Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), build a healthy pipeline, and support onboarding.

You will leverage CRM tools, maintain records, and provide data-driven insights while learning about mutual funds and distribution. This PPO conversion role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and a passion for sales.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in sales and relationship management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with CRM tools and data.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Eager to learn about the mutual fund industry, financial products, and distribution business.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs) through databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Support the team in building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospective partners.
• Assist in reaching out to prospects via calls and other communication channels.
• Introduce mutual fund distribution opportunities and share relevant information.
• Help address basic queries related to onboarding, products, and commissions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Engage with prospective MFDs to understand their needs.
• Assist MFDs throughout the onboarding journey to ensure a smooth experience.
• Stay informed about mutual fund products, industry developments, and market trends.
• Learn about the company's offerings and help communicate their benefits to potential partners.
• Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion data.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales activities and pipeline performance.
• Support the team in achieving business objectives through data-driven recommendations.
