Job summary

Role: Partner Relationship Manager MFD (Service)

Location: Delhi

What you will do:

• Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential MFDs/clients to introduce our mutual fund products and services. Utilize lead lists, databases, and other resources to identify and reach out to MFDs. Drive key business parameters:-Need to ensure to achieve minimum business from MFDs (activation, SIP & drive Lumpsum). Onboarding of MFDs/acquisition of KYC.


• Product Presentation: Present information about our mutual fund products, including their features, benefits, and performance. Explain the various investment options available and help clients understand how they align with their financial goals.


• Objection Handling: Address any concerns or objections raised by prospects regarding mutual fund investments, fees, risks, etc. Provide accurate and transparent information to alleviate concerns and build trust with MFDs.


• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with MFDs by providing ongoing support, assistance, and personalized advice. Keep MFDs informed about market updates, performance reports, and other relevant information to help them make informed investment decisions.


• With the existing set of partners, need to cross-sell Insurance.
