Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end creation and management of campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct audience segmentation, keyword analysis, and bid adjustments to maximize efficiency.
• Draft engaging ad copy and coordinate with design teams for high-impact assets.
• Track KPIs like CTR, CPA, CVR, and ROAS; prepare performance reports daily/weekly/monthly.
• Execute A/B testing for ads and landing pages to improve engagement and conversions.
• Utilize GA4, GTM, and AI-enhanced marketing tools for optimization.
• Collaborate with Content, Design, and Technology teams for seamless execution.
• Stay updated on automation, paid media, and AI trends in digital marketing.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Must be a 2025 or 2026 graduate holding a Bachelor's degree with a consistent academic record of 65% or higher (or equivalent CGPA) across 10th grade, 12th grade/diploma, and undergraduate studies.
• Completion of a recognized Digital Marketing course or certification during 2025 or 2026 is mandatory.
• Possess a foundational understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and performance marketing principles.
• Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, logical reasoning, and effective verbal and written communication.
• Exhibit a genuine passion for acquiring knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and new digital marketing technologies.
• Availability to work on-site at the Hyderabad (Madhapur) office.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), basic proficiency in design tools like Canva, and strong skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
