Job summary

Ranger Apparel Export Private Limited in Bengaluru, Karnataka invites an experienced Merchandiser for end-to-end woven shirt merchandising. You will oversee product development, sampling, costing, and international buyer coordination to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong knowledge of woven shirt construction, fabrics, trims, and export garment processes, with a proven track record handling international brands.

Qualifications

• Only woven merchandising experience will be considered.
• Strong experience in woven shirt manufacturing and merchandising.
• Must have handled international brands / international buyers.
• Strong knowledge of woven shirt construction, fabrics, trims, costing, sampling, and production.
• Good understanding of export garment manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end merchandising for woven shirts from product development to shipment.
• Coordinate with Design, Sampling, Production, QA, Fabric, Trims, and PPC teams.
• Ensure timely execution of orders per buyer requirements, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Review product specifications, tech packs, measurements, fabrics, trims, and construction details.
• Manage critical path and proactively resolve production and delivery issues.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and customers.
• Guide and manage the merchandising team to achieve business and delivery targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end merchandising for woven shirts from product development to shipment.
• Handle buyer communication, order execution, T&A, costing, sampling, and production follow-up.
• Coordinate with Design, Sampling, Production, QA, Fabric, Trims, and PPC teams.
• Ensure timely execution of orders as per buyer requirements, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Review product specifications, tech packs, measurements, fabrics, trims, and construction details.
• Manage critical path and proactively resolve production and delivery issues.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and customers.
• Guide and manage the merchandising team to achieve business and delivery targets.

Mandatory Requirements

• Only Woven Merchandising experience will be considered.
• Strong experience in woven shirt manufacturing and merchandising.
• Must have handled international brands / international buyers.
• Strong knowledge of woven shirt construction, fabrics, trims, costing, sampling, and production.
• Good understanding of export garment manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Candidates with experience handling international brands such as Balmain Paris, GANT, Just Brands, Pepe Jeans, U.S. Polo Assn., RISIS, MOP, Superdry, or similar international brands will be preferred.
