Job summary

Times Fibrefill Pvt. Ltd. in India seeks a passionate Merchandiser - Apparel Exports to join our team in South Kolkata.

You will manage export orders from confirmation to shipment, coordinate with international buyers on specifications and timelines, and handle costing, sampling and TNA calendars. The role requires hands-on merchandising experience, strong knowledge of garment production, and the ability to communicate effectively with factories and buyers to ensure timely delivery and quality

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of experience in Apparel / Garment Export Merchandising.
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing & export processes.
• Hands-on experience in costing, sampling, buyer approvals & order execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned export orders from order confirmation to final shipment.
• Coordinate with international buyers on orders, specifications, approvals & timelines.
• Handle order sheets, costing, TNA / Time & Action Calendars and merchandising documentation.
• Coordinate product development, sampling, fabrics, trims, prints, embroidery & fit approvals.
• Follow up with factories, fabric mills, trim suppliers & vendors.
• Monitor production progress and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with Production & Quality teams to meet buyer standards.
• Support vendor coordination, pricing, MOQ & delivery discussions.
• Track pre-production, production, inspection, packing & shipment activities and identify issues for timely resolution.
• Maintain regular order status reports and provide updates to management.

What Youll Do :

• Strong communication, negotiation, coordination & problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple styles/orders
