About the Role

RBZ Jewellers is looking for an experienced Jewellery Merchandiser – Gold, Diamond & Polki to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of relevant experience in the jewellery industry, with strong expertise in merchandising, product planning, market analysis and jewellery marketing.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of Gold, Diamond and Polki jewellery, along with a deep understanding of market trends, customer preferences, product development and commercial opportunities.

NIFT qualification will be given priority.

Candidate Profile

• Strong and proven knowledge of Gold, Diamond and Polki jewellery is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of jewellery market trends, designs, customer preferences and competitor landscape.
• Experience in Bridal / Traditional / Occasion jewellery will be preferred.
• NIFT qualification will be given priority.
• Strong commercial, analytical, creative and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to convert market trends and customer insights into commercially successful product assortments.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in working closely with Design, Production, Sourcing, Sales and Marketing teams.
