BLUSPRING LIMITED in Kochi seeks an experienced MEP Team Lead to supervise on-site operations at Infopark. You will lead MEP activities, coordinate with clients and vendors, and ensure timely HVAC and electrical maintenance while strictly enforcing safety standards.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years as a supervisor, experience with high-rise buildings, and strong leadership for manpower planning and daily reporting.

Qualifications
