Job summary

Secured Engineers Pvt Ltd. in Ludhiana invites a proactive MEP Sales Engineer to drive turnkey MEPF/EPC projects from inquiry to order.

Based in Ludhiana or Noida, you will engage with consultants, architects and PMCs, reading drawings and BOQs to scope requirements. You will generate and qualify project enquiries, present techno-commercial proposals with the estimation team, and manage follow-ups to convert quotations into orders.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years selling MEPF/EPC projects to industrial or commercial customers.
• Able to read drawings and BOQs to scope requirements.
• Comfortable meeting consultants and client engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify project enquiries from industrial and commercial owners, developers and PMCs.
• Build working relationships with MEP consultants, architects and project management consultants.
• Understand the requirement from drawings, BOQs and site visits, and brief the estimation team.
• Present Secured Engineers' scope and coordinate techno-commercial proposals with estimation and engineering.
• Follow up quotations, handle clarifications and negotiate through to the order.
• Keep the CRM and pipeline current and hand won orders over cleanly to the projects team.

MEP Sales Engineer

Travel Regular visits to customers and consultants

Win turnkey MEPF projects (electrical, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing and ELV) from factories, warehouses and commercial buildings, working with consultants, architects and the estimation team from enquiry to order.
