Job summary

ARS Process Solutions And Consultants is seeking an MEP Quantity Surveyor to manage BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, billing and cost estimation for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in MEP Quantity Surveying and related degrees.

The role requires strong technical understanding of MEP systems and meticulous cost-control abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering.
• Hands-on experience in MEP quantity surveying.
• Experience in BOQ, take-offs, rate analysis, billing and cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ and quantity take-offs for MEP systems.
• Analyze rates and cost estimations for HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting.
• Handle billing and cost-control activities for projects.
