Job summary

Mace is delivering a complex, high-quality project in a heavily regulated environment in Mumbai. We seek professionals who can work collaboratively across teams, contribute to MEP design, manage interfaces with subcontractors and suppliers, and uphold safety, quality and sustainability standards.

The role requires experience across design, construction, planning and commercial management, and a strong ability to communicate with stakeholders while maintaining project integrity and governance.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification is essential with 5-10 years experience.
• Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
• Full construction delivery life-cycle experience in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects.
• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
• Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within the project team with clear communication across colleagues and stakeholders.
• Contribute to analysis, rectification, and delivery of MEP design using engineering expertise and management processes.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and interfaces between packages, ensuring programme, health, safety, cost and quality.
• Assist in risk identification and mitigation, promoting modern methods of construction and digital technologies.
• Uphold Mace standards and project strategies, driving continuous improvement in systems and processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to achieve carbon transition goals through emissions management during project delivery.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Work collaboratively within the project team, ensuring clear communication and coordination across colleagues and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the analysis, rectification, and delivery of MEP design, applying engineering expertise and Mace management processes.
• Support the coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and interfaces between packages, maintaining accountability for programme, health, safety, wellbeing, cost, and quality.
• Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning, while promoting modern methods of construction, digital technologies, and prefabrication.
• Uphold Mace standards and project strategies, driving continuous improvement in systems and processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to achieve net zero carbon transition goals, proactively managing emissions and reductions throughout project delivery.
