Runwal Realty in Pune is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead site execution for ongoing residential developments. The role requires strong hands-on MEP knowledge and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely project completion with quality standards.

The ideal candidate will supervise mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting), review drawings and submissions, and manage installation, testing, and commissioning while upholding safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of building services and MEP integration.
• Hands-on site experience in high-rise / large-scale residential or commercial projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor site execution of mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting) works as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for quality and timely completion of work.
• Review GFC drawings, BOQs, and technical submissions for MEP services.
• Manage installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting).
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and statutory compliance at site.
• Track daily progress, prepare progress reports, and update the Project Manager.
• Verify and approve material requisitions and vendor bills as per site requirements.
• Support the project team in technical audits, inspections, and handover documentation.
