Job summary

Jindal Realty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrical & MEP Infrastructure Lead to steer planning, execution and supervision for plotted townships, large residential developments and high-rise towers in Haryana.

You will coordinate with authorities, consultants, and vendors to deliver compliant electrical and fire-safety systems. The role requires 10–14 years in MEP execution, independent site management, and strong stakeholder coordination to ensure timely delivery within budget and NBC fire

Qualifications

• 10–14 years of experience in MEP infrastructure execution for large real estate projects.
• Proven ability to independently manage site execution and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with plotting townships, integrated townships, or high‑rise towers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with UHBVN and authorities for approvals and NOCs.
• Plan, execute, and supervise MEP infra for townships and towers.
• Manage external electrical networks, substations, DG, cabling, street lighting.
• Coordinate electrical drawings, load calculations, and electrification schemes.
• Oversee PHE, water supply, drainage, and STP systems.
• Plan and supervise fire-fighting systems and NBC compliance.
• Review BOQs, specs, tender documents, and contractor scopes.
• Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and OEMs for design and procurement.
• Monitor progress, safety, budgets, and completion schedules.
• Verify Bills, site measurements, variations, and reconciliations.
• Ensure IS codes and project specs compliance.
• Handover completed infrastructure with proper documentation.

Job description

Role & responsibilities :

• Liaise with UHBVN and other statutory authorities to obtain approval for electrical schemes, internal and external electrification estimates, CEIG approvals, statutory clearances, and NOCs.
• Lead the planning, execution, and supervision of MEP infrastructure works for plotted townships, large-scale residential developments and high rise residential towers.
• Manage external electrical infrastructure, including 33 or 11 kV HT networks, compact substations (CSS), DG, LT panels, feeder pillars, underground cabling, street lighting, and plot-wise electrical distribution.
• Coordinate the preparation, submission, and approval of electrical drawings, load calculations, technical documents, and electrification schemes.
• Oversee PHE infrastructure, including water supply, sewerage, stormwater drainage, rainwater harvesting, pumping systems, and STP.
• Fire-Fighting Systems: Plan, coordinate, and supervise the design, execution, testing, and commissioning of fire-fighting systems for high-rise towers, basements, and commercial developments, including fire hydrant networks, automatic sprinkler systems, wet risers, fire pumps, fire water storage tanks, and other applicable fire protection systems. Ensure compliance with applicable NBC provisions, fire safety codes, approved drawings, and statutory requirements, including coordination for Fire NOC.
• Review and finalise item-wise BOQs, technical specifications, tender documents, and contractor scopes.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and OEMs for design approvals, material procurement, site execution, testing, and commissioning.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, manpower, material availability, budgets, and completion schedules.
• Verify contractor bills, site measurements, material reconciliation, extra-item claims, and variations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IS codes, statutory regulations, approved drawings, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with architect, civil, planning, landscape, procurement, and project teams to resolve interface issues and ensure timely completion.
• Manage testing, commissioning, documentation, as-built drawings, statutory approvals, and handover of completed infrastructure.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10-14 years of relevant experience in MEP infrastructure execution for plotted townships, integrated townships, or large-scale real estate developments and high-rise towers.
• Proven ability to independently manage site execution, stakeholder coordination, and project delivery.
