Job summary

Mace in Mumbai is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead high-rise residential and township infrastructure projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors, monitor progress with site visits, and deliver detailed reports highlighting cost savings and KPI performance.

This on-site leadership role requires deep knowledge of electricals, ELV, fire fighting systems, HVAC installations, plumbing works, and SEZ regulations.

Qualifications

• 10-16 years of experience in managing high-rise residential or township infrastructure development projects.
• Strong understanding of electricals, ELV systems, fire fighting systems, HVAC installations, plumbing works, and SEZ regulations.
• Proven track record in executing large-scale infrastructure projects involving multiple disciplines including MEP services.
