Job summary

Aeon Integrated Building Design Consultants in Pune seeks an experienced MEP Design Lead to manage Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing projects from concept to completion. You will develop project plans, timelines and budgets for MEP systems and ensure seamless integration with architectural designs.

The role demands strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, plus familiarity with building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• 10-20 years of experience in MEP design or related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electricals, plumbing systems and their integration into building designs.
• Experience with development of project plans and management of resources.
• Proficiency in working on high-rise residential buildings or commercial properties.

Responsibilities
