Job summary

Crest Management Solutions is seeking a senior MEPF professional to lead planning and design coordination for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. The role involves managing tenders, procurement, and cost control to ensure projects stay within budget and meet quality and code standards.

The incumbent will drive site execution across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, BMS, CCTV and AV systems, coordinating with stakeholders to achieve timely completion.

Qualifications

• MEPF execution, cost estimation, tender management, and coordination across stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
