• Strong coordination, execution and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate MEP works as per project scope, timelines, quality, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants, contractors, civil/architectural teams, and clients.
• Oversee Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV works.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, HSE standards, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor materials, installation quality, work progress, testing, and commissioning.
• Support contractor billing, defect rectification, and project handover.
• Guide MEP Engineers and site teams for smooth project execution.
