Cushman & Wakefield in Maharashtra, India, is seeking a seasoned MEP Manager for a large warehouse project. You will lead the mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines from design development through commissioning, ensuring constructability, compliance and timely approvals.

The role requires a BE in Electrical or Mechanical with 10+ years' industrial experience, strong coordination across disciplines, and hands-on experience with shop drawings, installation, testing, and handovers.

Qualifications

  • BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years in warehouse/industrial projects.
  • Technical awareness of civil, electro-mechanical, and architectural works.
  • Strong organizational, communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design development of MEP services and assess constructability.
  • Review design compliance and secure timely approvals.
  • Coordinate with all services disciplines and ensure shop drawings are submitted and approved.
  • Ensure approvals are implemented on site in a timely, sequential manner.
  • Execute services work per drawings/specifications, with schedule and quality focus.
  • Support vendor selection, procurement, and local material supply as per client process.
  • Oversee installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing/Firefighting systems.
  • Manage handovers, ensure all documents and as-built drawings are delivered; initiate handover training.
