Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end data centre projects in Chennai. You will coordinate civil, MEP, electrical, HVAC, ELV/BMS and IT systems, review designs for integration, and ensure compliance with data centre standards.

The role requires strong site oversight and stakeholder management. Ideal candidates have 8+ years in data centre projects and a total of 20+ years in the field, with BE/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data centre projects.
• End-to-end project delivery across civil, MEP, electrical, HVAC, ELV/BMS and IT systems.
• Diploma/BE in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering required.
