We are looking for an MEP Engineer with 6–8 years of hands‑on site execution experience, including substantial experience in high‑rise projects.
The candidate will be responsible for the execution, supervision, and coordination of Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems at the project site.
Key Responsibilities
MEP Site Execution
- Supervise and execute MEP works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate MEP activities with Civil, Structural, and Finishing teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor site progress and address execution‑related issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and other site teams.
Electrical Works
- Supervise the installation and execution of LT panels, cabling, earthing, lighting, power distribution, and associated electrical works.
- Ensure electrical installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Support testing, inspection, and commissioning activities.
- Supervise the execution of plumbing, drainage, water supply, and piping systems.
- Monitor the installation of fire‑fighting piping, hydrants, sprinklers, pumps, and associated systems.
- Ensure proper coordination and execution of Plumbing and Fire Fighting services at site.
Quality & Documentation
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure proper execution.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Verify contractor measurements and support the bill verification process.
- Maintain daily progress reports and essential site documentation.
Education
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Mandatory Experience
- 6–8 years of relevant MEP site execution experience.
- Hands‑on experience in high‑rise building projects is mandatory.
- Must have experience working on high‑rise buildings of at least 7–8 floors.
- Strong practical experience in Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems is mandatory.
- Candidates must have site execution experience; design‑only or consultancy profiles will not be preferred.

- Candidates based in Mohali, Chandigarh, Panchkula, or nearby areas preferred.
- Valid two‑wheeler or four‑wheeler driving licence preferred.
- Immediate or short‑notice joiners preferred.
- Experience with a builder/developer or real estate company will be an advantage.
