Job summary

VR4BIM is seeking an MEP Engineer – Mechanical with 3–4 years of experience in Mechanical MEP and BIM. The candidate should have hands‑on experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Revit MEP, AutoCAD and BIM coordination.

Responsibilities include developing BIM models, designing HVAC/Plumbing layouts, conducting clash detection, and coordinating with architects, structural teams and site engineers to ensure on‑time delivery of outputs.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Mechanical MEP and BIM.
• Hands-on Revit MEP experience is required.
• Experience in HVAC design, modeling, and coordination.
• Experience on commercial, residential, hospitality, or infra projects preferred.
• International/GCC project exp is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate Mechanical BIM models using Revit MEP.
• Prepare HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting layouts and drawings.
• Create and update mechanical shop/construction drawings.
• Review drawings for coordination requirements.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with Navisworks.
• Resolve design and model coordination issues with teams.
• Incorporate design changes into BIM models.
• Coordinate with architects, structure teams, consultants, and site engineers.
• Participate in BIM coordination and technical review meetings.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of mechanical BIM outputs.

Job Summary

• Review architectural and structural drawings for coordination requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• BIM/Revit certification is preferred.

Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in Mechanical MEP and BIM.
• Hands‑on experience in Revit MEP is required .
• Experience in HVAC design/ modeling and coordination.
• Experience with commercial, residential, hospitality, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
• International/GCC project experience is an added advantage.
• Strong Mechanical Engineering knowledge

Note: This position is focused on Mechanical MEP . Strong Electrical MEP experience without sufficient Mechanical experience will not be considered.
