Indovance Inc is seeking an MEP Engineer (Drafting & Modeling) in Pune to deliver high-quality 3D modeling, drafting, and cross-discipline coordination for MEP services within BIM workflows. The role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate will work with AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks, creating detailed HVAC layouts, performing clash detection, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and internal processes for a fast-paced AEC environment.

Qualifications

• Create comprehensive 2D/3D system drawings in AutoCAD/Revit for MEP services.
• Coordinate between trades to ensure MEP fits within layouts.
• Model at ISO LOD 100–400 per customer requirements.
• Prepare HVAC shop drawings and perform duct/pipe sizing.
• Use Navisworks for clash detection and QA/QC of deliverables.
• Follow ISO standards and organizational processes.

MEP Engineer (Drafting & Modeling) We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient MEP Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for high-quality 3D modeling, drafting, and cross-discipline coordination within the AEC industry. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems are integrated seamlessly into architectural and structural frameworks using cutting-edge BIM methodologies.

Requirements

• 3D Modeling & Drafting: Responsible for creating comprehensive 2D/3D system drawings in AutoCAD/Revit for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services.
• Trade Coordination: Actively coordinate between various trades to ensure MEP systems fit within the specific structural and architectural layouts.
• BIM Standards: Execute MEP layout detailing, modeling and drafting at levels of development ranging from LOD 100 to 400, tailored to specific customer requirements.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare HVAC shop drawings, including ventilation and chilled water layouts. Perform duct and pipe size calculations.
• Clash Detection & QA/QC: Utilize Navisworks to perform clash detection against Architectural, Structural, and other disciplines. Conduct rigorous QA/QC on all project deliverables.
• Software Expertise: Maintain proficiency in the latest versions of Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Advanced BIM Execution: Create parametric families and manage workset-based collaboration within BIM 360/ACC.
• Process Compliance: Understand and implement ISO standards and other predefined organizational work processes.
