Job summary

SED-AMENITY Plot No 2 seeks an experienced Electrical Head for MEP works on our project in Pimpri, Maharashtra. You will oversee MEP performance after handover, coordinate with civil teams, and ensure compliance with HVAC, FPS, and PHE systems.

You will manage liaison with departments like MSEDCL, Fire Dept, and PCMC, review drawings/BOQs, and drive value engineering and timely procurement, with strong on-site coordination and approvals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of liaison with MSEDCL, Fire Dept, PCMC and other authorities.
• Experience in bill processing of MEP vendors.
• Knowledge of testing & commissioning of HVAC, PHE, FPS systems.
• Ability to coordinate with Architects/Consultants for design finalization and value engineering.
• On-site coordination with Civil team and procurement of items.

Responsibilities

• He shall be responsible for all MEP works and their performance after handing over of the flats.

• Knowledge of Testing & Commissioning of all HVAC, PHE, FPS Systems
• Ensure smooth progress of day to day activities of mechanical services of the entire Project
• Timely procurement of all bought out items/ Equipments.
• Review & Value Engineering of DBRs, Drawings, BOQs from consultants
• Coordination with Architects, Consultants for design finalization and VE
• Knowledge in accommodating revised/upgraded system requirements of Client
• To take all internal approvals and do necessary follow ups
• Ensure proper onsite co-ordination with Civil team.
